I am truly satisfied with Afrihost's service. Not once but 3 times have they solved things that other ISP have not been able to help us with and we wait weeks on end for something to happen. I really appreciate the quick response and for not just giving up but rather making sure the situation is sorted.

Like any ISP, there will be issues but I'm glad they have great customer service agents with excellent knowledge that are able to assist.

Incredible service backed with a system that actually works. We had used a few competitor's in the area, always having faults which could never get resolved. Afrihost is both more affordable per value fiber package and is stable with their service. Hardly ever having issues, when they occur, it is delt with swift and efficient accuracy. Highly recommend 👌🏼

Afrihost fibre connection very stable, if there is an issue their WhatsApp support is excellent, very efficient service for the past 5 years

I sent a query to the watsapp group. Mali was there to help and to get to the route of the problem experienced. Results could not happen due to the outage experienced. He reported it,found answers and red flagged. I just have wait for technicians to find fault and fix it. Great service and feedback.
