The service Afrihost offers are not bad , including their turn around time , support team is so effective,I have been using their hosting service for 4 years and I haven't experienced any major problems excluding the normal serve down experience but all others are brilliant , I would refer their services to others.

Been having wifi issues on fibre for a while. Contacted Afrihost via their whatsapp channel and was professionally assisted by Nonjabulo (for an hour). Tested the line using a laptop with their guidance and confirmed the fibre and speed are what I am paying for. The problem is the router! New one ordered, also with their assistance. One happy customer in the end.

Any time I have a question, Afrihost quickly and professionally solved my queries. For the time I have my account with Afrihost, I never had any problems. I am moving shortly and will keep my account with Afrihost.
