I first shifted my sim cards to Airmobile. The process was smooth and the experience so far has be outstanding. When I wanted to register a domain and Afrihost was my first choice. Service was excellent again. When I struggled to set up email the service agent was effective, patient, friendly and professional. If you haven't used Afrihost, try them before going anywhere else. You will get excellent service

Been with Afrihost for more than 20 years! From Dial-up to ISDN then ADSL and now Fibre! Never had connectivity other than National Internet outages. I've tried many ISP's. Afrihost is definatnevely the best. I have Pure Fibre and Pure Voip with Afrihost and while posting this review, my Pure Mobile Sim card is on the way and I know its gonna be worth waiting for another super product. Thank you Afrihost

So while this is a five star rating it is not for Afrihost, their incompetence and lack of support is astonishing. Truly I’ve never been more disappointed in with customer service ever, however if you are having problems, just ask for Buitomelo when you give them a call. She resolved my issue in minutes whereas collectively it took everyone before that 5 days to address my issue. Buitomelo seems to be the only competent and informed customer service assistant in that entire place.
