I have been with Afrihost for over 5 years. It's been a great experience.I have in the past, and will definitely in the future, continue to recommend them.

Afrihost advisors demonstrated knowledge of their products. They clearly understood my needs. They were able to advise me on the service I needed to subscribe for. They were patient as I navigated their website; the website was easy to navigate. Once I had selected my desired package, the payment platform was safe, secure and efficient. The only smudge, perhaps was that I have to wait for a week for a technician to come in and do the installation. In a general sense, not specific to Afrihost, I believe that corporates should up the service standards. Keeping a client queuing for service for a week is just not on; particularly in a country with high levels of unemployment.

Afrihost, is easy to work with, low hassle And quite upfront about their services (other companies hide their clawback fees, Afrihost tells you straight). The Customer Service, especially on WhatsApp, is friendly, quick and very helpful. It’s just too bad that referral codes don’t work for fibre. Other than that, I wish I could give them six stars. Truly, the best ISP experience I have had.

Whatsapp channel is a good customer experience if you're trying to solve a tech issue. Real people behind a chat interface is extremely helpful , fast and effective.
