Review: Exceptional Fibre Service from Day One with Afrihost! Rating: 5/5 Stars As a new customer switching to Afrihost for my fibre connection, I couldn't be more impressed with the service so far. From the initial signup and activation process to getting connected, everything has been smooth, straightforward, and stress-free. The internet connection itself is outstanding—blazing fast, highly reliable, and consistently stable with zero dropouts. Whether streaming high-definition content, online gaming, or handling heavy downloads, the speeds remain rock-solid and efficient without any frustrating lag or buffering. What really sets Afrihost apart is their customer support and overall transparency. You truly feel like a valued client, and their client portal makes managing your account effortless. If you are looking for an ISP that delivers on its promises with top-tier reliability and marvellous customer service, I highly recommend Afrihost!

Great customer support and fast responses on their WhatsApp help line. They arranged connectivity within an hour on a brand new line after my previous ISP dropped me. Just brilliant

Jonel Albuquerque

Everything I have had to do through Afrihost has been fantastic. I needed support early hours of the morning, and it was sorted out in a few minutes. The staff member who helped me was incredibly friendly. The setup process of what I wanted to do was easy and seamless. Never thought I would ever give an ISP 5 stars, but Afrihost deserves 6. Their hosting services are pretty fantastic in my opinion.

Mary-Ann Landers

Very happy with the great service received from Afrihost in setting up an e-mail account and domain, as well as WhatsApp assistance from Mpho in setting up my e-mail account on android mobile phone.

Karabo Mashiane

Great customer care service and from my experience so far, are very open and honest, especially if they are busy, it really puts ones mind at ease when the consultants communicate, and at least as a customer you know that you are not being ignored, but they will get back to you. A company that values teamwork with staff that is friendly. Thanks Afrihost. Never lose your spark!
