So I have been with Afrihost for almost a year, it was a rocky road to be honest in the beginning (bad customer care), but all things said and looking at the entire situation as a whole - I would say the positives do out way the negatives. My biggest gripe was having to work with Openserve in trying to successfully schedule a day for Fiber installation, spoiler, four bookings were made and confirmed by Openserve, that never went anywhere, they just would not show up, regardless of the four "technicians", times or dates, they are unreliable in every sense of the word, and I would highly suggest Afrihost drop their partnership with them asap.

I had my router damaged and within 24hrs all was fixed, I forgot my password easy peasy, that was resetted, I forgot to change my bank details for the bills they quickly assisted with sending a link. Afrihoat customer service is number one.

Experience is always good but I think payfast need to work on there links that direct you how to do things "changing card info" it's not the same as what you see on the screen

Overall excellent service from both Sicelo and Afrihost. I'm grateful for the whatsapp customer service as well as network connection speeds. Really impressed with Afrihost offering as it is a breath of fresh air in comparison to my previous ISP. Sicelo was professional, courtesy and efficient in providing excellent customer service.
