Afrihost would do well to hire more representatives like Ethan C. I accidentally initiated a new chat after a somewhat frustrating conversation with another agent and well I am glad it happened as it turned a mediocre experience into a fantastic one. All because of the immensely positive attitude that he had. Made getting shafted by Openserve deciding to not repair our DSL service slightly more bearable.
