So while this is a five star rating it is not for Afrihost, their incompetence and lack of support is astonishing. Truly I’ve never been more disappointed in with customer service ever, however if you are having problems, just ask for Buitomelo when you give them a call. She resolved my issue in minutes whereas collectively it took everyone before that 5 days to address my issue. Buitomelo seems to be the only competent and informed customer service assistant in that entire place.

This is the only internet and mobile network provider that you should be with. Since taking out a fibre package with Afrihost 3 years ago I have only be wowed by them every step of the way. Their customer support is fantastic and entirely free. You can log a call back on their app for any issue where they call you within minutes. So no airtime or time spent holding on the line. Their sign process for all of their products is entirely digital and dead simple. Any changes you would want to make to you products like upgrades , downgrades, cancellations or new products is also a few clicks away on their website or app. I just signed up for their mobile offering AirMobile. I received my SIM card within a day of placing the order and I was up and running almost immediately. Great customer care is so hard to find these days but Afrihost has it absolutely waxed. Honestly, DO NOT CHOOSE ANYONE ELSE. Just sign up with Afrihost and you will thank me later.

Literally went from no fiber installed to having a connected line in a day. Shipping was mindblowing delivering less 18 hours after order was placed. Connection reliabile. Customers support was amazing, their customer support was incredible compared to other companies.

Been with Afrihost since 2017. I have experienced low latency throughout the years with a rock solid network. I really like the Clientzone app. It is easy to use. It also allows you to monitor your network on the go and upgrading your line is a breeze. They offer a rage of products and services to meet anyone's internet needs. General QoS has been rock solid. Afrihost are good in communication. Using the WhatsApp support chat and getting real technical support from a REAL person is really appreciated. No computer generated prompts! I'm pleased with Afrihost service. In my honest opinion. Will you be paying a bit more than some other ISP's? Yes! But it also means you'll be getting better service which makes it worth paying a little bit more. There is no better ISP at this moment. Keep up the good work 👍
