Been with Afrihost for years on end, I had endless struggles with ISP's prior and eventually found this exceptional business.
I have rarely had to even contact their support department with issues, and if I did, the support person assigned to me was very helpful every. single. time.
I would gladly recommend this company for any and all people looking for a decent ISP that won't blatantly try to rip you off, and have done so at every opportunity that I could 10/10.

Afrihost may not be the "perfect" service provider (internet in SA still has a long way to go). None of them are, however they go out of their way to support you and address all your concerns. Their website is informative and easy to navigate for information. Their app is convenient and makes it easy to view my invoices or top up my internet. Their whatsapp chat service is available even during awkward hours and you chat to another human being, no nonsense bot or chatgpt ripoff. They really offer a good service overall. And their prices are deliciously reasonable. It's a win for me.

The best fiber technology I know. It's worth the price. No outages and most importantly any assistance you need you get it really quickly with the help from the Whatsapp chat option and the agents know their product and know what they're doing. Very friendly and supportive

I signed up for a cloud hosting server package 3 days ago. Received an email saying that the server is ready and I can access it via the login details attached. I tried accessing the server and I am unable to connect. After NUMEROUS emails, support tickets, Whats Apps, Phone calls and even trying to get support on facebook messenger... The server is still not working and all I'm hearing the whole time is the problem will be escalated or that someone in second level support will get back to me, which never happens. Just spoke to hosting support again, and after 2 days, I only find out now that apparently an account manager need to be assigned ot my server in order to allocate a Cpanel... how is it possible that after 2 days of multiple emails and support request, theres only one person being able to tell me this????? I am still waiting for the server to work.
Update: This issue was sorted out so I updated my review.
