I recently moved to Afrihost from a previous provider that had little to non customer service and terrible connectivity. It took only a few chats with the Afrihost agents to sort out a package best for me, how to pay and what my waiting time would be on the order. One of their best attributes is that they believe in customer care and using their WhatsApp customer care line was magic, I totally recommend Afrihost just for that! They also host a website and email accounts for me, no problems whatsoever. If you are looking for a great service provider, look no further!

Honestly, Afrihost is the best there is. I've never used any other hosting company and not planning to either because their service is effective and offers great value for money. Every time I have had a problem afrihost has helped. One time when I first got fibre and had to reset my router I got so fraustrated with my computer I told the chap from afrihost I will get someone else the next day to help me. The chap said to me my dear you will stay on the line with me and we will get it right together. We were on line from 4pm till just after 7pm when we got the router working and my computer connected. That is what I call dedication . Well done and thank you Afri host.
