Afrihost's service today was really wonderful. I dealt with two consultants on WhatsApp. The first one couldn't help me because I had left home and the second one sorted out my Internet problem. The problem was not with Afrihost but a problem on the line. Vumatel is repairing it. I was truly amazed at their service on a Sunday. Well done Afrihost 👏.

Applied on Monday with @Afrihost on 26/10 for Fibre installation & made payment later in the day. 27/10 got a call from installer- @vumatel to schedule installation & received confirmation via sms & email. Today 28 installation done 2 hours earlier & 20 min later after installation. I am online Outstanding customer service and clean installation by Vumatel contractors.
